When we arrived for embarkation, it was one big mess. There were hundreds of people in line to get aboard and suitcases everywhere. Porters were rude and fishing for tips. The actual process inside the terminal after customs was very smooth. What we also appreciate is that there is immediately lunch available in the buffet restaurant. One suitcase arrived in the course of the afternoon, the other had still not arrived at 06.00 p.m. When we called Guest Relations we were told they had it and that the label had gone off.
Room itself was comfortable and very clean. Nice also to have a veranda, where you can sit quietly and read a book or watch the sea. The cabin steward and assistant were excellent throughout the whole trip.
Guest relations were not very responsive. First of all, our missing suitcase had our own label with our name on it. They did not call us. Secondly, when we had a complaint about one of the staff, this was not handled satisfactorily. (See below).
