Traveled with children

We booked this ship for March break with our kids. I went with my sister, her husband, their 3 kids and my 2 kids. All aged 10-12. This was my 6th cruise and first one with Norwegian and first one out of NYC.

We went to the port at 11:15am and boarded fairly easily. It seemed disorganized outside and no staff to be seen. We waited in line for a good hour. There were people getting off the ship and cutting through our line-up. I recommend going earlier.

The ship is beautiful. There is amazing things for the kids including a super fun ropes course and walk the plank. Also mini put and basketball and of course water slides. The pools are heated which is fantastic as it was chilly leaving NYC. The zip line was broken.

Family Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Balcony room was great and lots of storage space and room to move around with 3 of us. Daughter slept on the couch which worked well.
