Let me first start by saying this was our first cruise. With that said I can't compare to any other ones.

I will start with the embarking... this was a nightmare, the numbering system they "try" to use is horrible. Once we get up the ramp and made our way to the ship we are greeted with hand sanitizing, this is a good thing. We finally get to the room and was surprised at the size, we were thinking we would have to sleep in something the size of a small closet. The bed was so so, could have been a bit softer. Our steward was very friendly, and our room was always cleaned. Now to the shower.... Hot water is HOT, VERY HOT, and does vary when someone in another cabin close to yours uses any water. So be careful with that.

Food and beverage--- We upgraded to the dining package and glad we did. The only place I thought was sub-par was the Italian restaurant, all the other were worth the upgrade. Cagneys was one of the best steaks I have ever had. The Brazilian place was also amazing. For breakfast and lunch we ate at the buffet, and it was ok. but breakfast was a nightmare trying to find a seat. The bar near the cigar lounge was our regular bar for the duration, not just because my wife smoked, but because of Santosh. If you get a chance to meet him, or he serves you, he was one of the most down to earth, awesome bartenders they have.
