We booked a cruise bundle through NCL. It included air, 2 nights in the Mariott Waikiki and 7 nights on the POA. We had such a fantastic time. Everything was so organized and ran like clockwork. My wife and I both have Celiacs Disease and require strict gluten free food. NCL was fantastic. They were aware of our food issue. No matter what restaurant or buffet we decided to eat at, we were given plenty of Gluten Free choices. I spoke with Arnel - chef in the Aloha Buffet. He was GREAT!. He informed us of what they had in stock, and then he would walk with us and explain which items we could eat. We felt safe and the food was delicious. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. Our stateroom was always immaculate and fresh towels appeared like magic- not to mention those little towel critter. Benji our cabin steward was also fantastic and also had a smile and a pleasant Aloha. There was also something for everyone at all of the ports of call.
