My husband and I traveled with my elderly father and aunt. Unfortunately, my dad was recovering from an illness and had mobility issues! Needless to say, this is a very hard ship to navigate pushing someone in a wheelchair .
Will start with the good:
Outstanding service by room attendant and dining staff. In fact, every waiter or waitress, were wonderful....only ready to be helpful and it really was service with a smile! We were in cabins D214 and D216 and Janet, our room attendant went above and beyond to make sure we had everything to perfection. The same goes for Ely and Natalie our waiter and assistant waiter and Carl (fellow South African) our "head waiter/manager." A big thank you to them all.
Cabin drawer, hanging and shelf space superb....bathroom awful. Not sure why they would still have curtains not a door for a shower. As many have said, balcony tiny....one or two can sit straight up (but not if one is overweight!!!)....and forget eating on balcony...not sure how one would be able to.
