I took my first cruise on the Norwegian Dawn going to Cozumel, Roatan, Belize and Costa Maya.

I loved the ship, my interior cabin was very comfortable. The staff was excellent. My cabin steward was very attentive and found my son's wallet and ship card when he lost them on several occasions.

The only downside of the whole cruise was the food. The complementary food was horrible. I ate salads most of the week. We did eat at a specialty place the first night, La Cucina. The food was excellent there. On Tuesday, I got a hamburger from the Garden Café which had so much salt I couldn't eat it. I got the feeling that the complementary food was cooked badly to push people to the pay food places.
