DON'T DO IT...I have never been so disappointed in my life, The ship is beautiful and the room Stewart was great...that's the end of the good news. The food was unreal...not fit for human consumption. The scrambled eggs were made from a box...can you believe you paid all that money for boxed eggs? Dinners were amost as bad, try to get a table was impossible, no matter what kind of meat you ordered, it was dry, no way could you chew it. But, the dining room was pretty. The hallways, Oh my stars!!! every day, I mean EVER DAY..carts, all up and down the hall...it made it very difficult to walk and dodge the carts that held towels, etc. then there were the bags of dirty linens. It was ridiculous. They had 2 ice cream stations on that big beautiful boat. I'm not much on drinking, but I do like a BBC once in awhile, but you have to go to different bars to order frozen drinks....one bar only sold wine, if you want something else, you have to go to a different bar. makes no sense to me..we were in a balconey cabin. on deck 7. Cabin was very nice. I called for room service after 11:00 pm and it cost $4.95 beteen 11:00pm and 5:00am. You also pay 5% when you go to the cashier in the casino for money on the sea pass card, and that is YOUR money..you can't get credit at the machines either, so you have to leave the machine. We spoke to several people. couples as well as singles, and not one person was happy with the Quantums new system..sorry but you ask for my opinion, and I gave it.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D7

I will never travel on the Quantum of the Seas again, it was one of the most disappointing times of our lives, we so looked forward to the 12 day cruise, because we have been on many RC cruises, but never again will we go on Quantum. We traveled with friends and they felt the same way. Just isn't what they advertise. So I am staying with the other ships that RC has. you ask my opinion and you got it.
