This cruise had the perfect itinerary for my wife and I. Hong Kong to Taiwan and then onto Vietnam and then return to Hong Kong. This was our 2nd cruise on the Millennium and was as good as the last one. Excellent Service and Excellent Service. Ship was very Clean, but a few travel scars here and there. Ships Officers were a bit stuffy and didn't seem to mingle very well with the guests. On one occasion we passed the Captain in one of the Lounges and said Hello, he looked at us but did not return our greeting, (rather odd). Entertainment could not have been better. Cruise was 15 days, so we got pretty familiar with ship and how to get around. Vietnam was beautiful, hard to understand why this Country has such a History of warfare.

Now for the Ugly part of this Cruise. The Embarkation was the worst experience we have ever had in over 25 different Cruises we have taken. It took 3 1/3 hours of standing in a very long line to get checked in. Yes that's 3 1/2 hours. There were two separate lines at opposite ends of the check in Hall. At one point (where they all came from I don't know), about 100 people stormed the roped area in the middle of the two lines and to our surprise and anger one of the Celebrity Management people opened up the ropes and let them in front of our Line. There were very heated arguments and very unpleasant words passed back and forth. Never in my life seen such a example of poor organization by the Celebrity Mgt Team. Celebrity should be ashamed of themselfs.
