We flew in the day before, arrives late and stayed at the Radisson Casino and Hotel. The room was good, but the music down stairs went on until 2:00 AM, we were still awake, but something to consider.
As we left the hotel at noon, we found another couple headed to the ship right outside and shared a cab.
We had bought two bottles on decent wine at the nearby CVS store. We dropped our luggage, got into the diamond line with the carry on luggage (with the wine) and went right on board. Had lunch in the Windjammer and were allowed in the cabins by 2:00 PM. We have bee on the Adventure before, but enjoyed walking around and getting ourselves familiar with it again. We did not see the "bad shape" that others have mentioned.

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony
We like balconies and had plenty of room for our "stuff". Room attendant introduced himself right away, we asked for ice and it was always full. Great job.
