Went on my 7th cruise with Carnival. Rooms had to be corrected, group of 6 with 3 cabins, when I moved everyone around to the correct cabins, they took 2 people off of my charge account, when I went down to correct, they acted as it I did something wrong until I showed them the paperwork that i had indeed set up the charge accounts correctly.3 of the 6 of us are gold members and we received letters in our cabins the first night about the pins with the year on them, but only one of us received the pin with the letter.Very disappointed in the old tired menu they still continue to use. Went on the Glory a few months ago with their new American Dining Menu and it was great, but it hasn't rolled out to all ships yet. Entertainment was just as tired, same old shows, still showing the same movies at the "Dive In Movies" as the cruise we went on almost 6 months ago. The wait staff seemed lost, drinks sat empty, only one offering of bread on most nights no parm cheese offered with Caesar salad one night, 6 steaks cooks wrong at our table alone in one night. 2 nights I was not served my 2nd appetizer, on 2 other nights one person in my group didn't receive the correct entrée so by the time they took back the wrong item and delivered the correct one, we didn't all get to dine together. Debarkation day, room attendant knocked on the door at 7:15 am trying to get us out of our cabin at 8:15 am the water in our cabin got shut off. Boat was nice, but the staff needs an upgrade.
cabin was strange, missing one of the 2 standard closets with just a 4 ft dead space behind the door where there is a usually a closet, so we only had one closet. also, an extra chair in addition to the stool in the room that was constantly in the way in a small room.
