By far the worst NCL cruise we have ever taken. We are Platinum Cruisers with NCL and will now have to think twice before we sail on NCL again. Since the change in management everything seems to have gone downhill for the Elderly English speaking cruiser. The cruise director spoke English with a heavy Spanish accent and was difficult to understand. the comedian told some of his jokes in Spanish.The production shows were not the greatest, the performers were very good but the content was lacking. Our room steward really did not do a good job in keeping our room clean. Our bed was like sleeping on a rock. The main dining room staff had difficulty in getting our breakfast orders served correctly and didn't understand what iced coffee was. My wife ordered orange juice and I ordered tomato juice without lemon and we both were served orange juice. When the waiter finally brought the tomato juice there was a slice of lemon in it. We took the UDP and ate in Cagney's and Le Bistro all four nights. In both restaurants the food and service was superb.

The no smoking rules were not enforced, people smoked whenever and wherever they wanted. There were children in the hot tubs. The deck chairs/lounges were extremely uncomfortable.
