We had a very pleasant cruise on the Brilliance of the Seas this past December and overall it was delightful. The one really annoying thing was the way the smoke from the Casino travelled. We were watching some performances from an upper floor, maybe 8, down into the lower levels of the Atrium where the perfomances were taking place and the smoke smell just permeated the whole area. I thought I could avoid the smell by not going into the Casino but it just travels and makes it unpleasant.
On the plus side, the food was very good, as were the accommodations, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The shows in the theatres were also very enjoyable, especially the comedian. It was our first encounter with the onboard art auctions. We got some art that we love but we ended up getting more than we know what to do with. ;-)
The room was a nice size for a cruise ship and the staff were very helpful.
