Carnival freedom is a beautiful ship with a recent remodel. The crew is attentive, friendly and generally professional. The food is good. However, if you encounter a problem, you will quickly find out that Carnival loyalty is a one-way street. Guest Services onboard was excruciatingly slow to respond to a bad shore excursion (paid for 4 dives, got one), and I finally gave up trying. Carnival Guest Care will keep you on hold for an hour at a a time and you still won't get through.
