Cabin: Partially Obstructed Oceanview Porthole Window

This was our 2nd cruise with Norwegian cruise line. Overall, we enjoyed it a great deal and would take another trip on the Sun anytime. Our room (6006) was small, but comfortable. We had a window (obstructed view) that was nice to have, but we needed to keep the curtains closed due to walkers/joggers. When the anchor was dropped, we could hear it, and feel the rumble. Our bathroom was small but did the job. The bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet.

This is a older and smaller ship and we appreciated more than a newer and larger ships (2500+). Norwegian has been around awhile and they have learned how to cut certain costs, without compromising "average" quality. We were very happy with our cruise and the price!!! There is a lot of bang for the buck.

We are not too picky as travelers, but will admit the the dinners were a hit or miss. Best beef empanada that I have ever had was followed by a inedible mushroom ravioli cooked in a Velveeta cheese gravy.... nuff said...

Cabin Review

Partially Obstructed Oceanview Porthole Window

Cabin OK

Small, plenty of storage space. Comfy bed. You can hear and feel the anchor as it drops. The window looks out onto the jogging and walking track so there is not much privacy and you need to keep your curtains drawn.
