My husband and I had a very enjoyable cruise on NCL Spirit. We'd previously sailed on Breakaway and wondered how a smaller ship would compare. It was of a comfortable and very clean standard and very easy to get around (apart from finding the entrance to the Garden restaurant the first time!)

freestyle cruising suits us and we found it easy to get a table of our choice for all meal times. We enjoyed joining others for some meals and chose to arrange to eat again with one couple. We discovered the Windows restaurant was a very good venue for breakfast if you went relatively early.

We found the food was very good- much preferred it to our cruise on Queen Mary the month before especially as I am a vegetarian. The choice in the buffet was extensive and the range of dishes they served in the restaurants and the buffet was very varied. The outside BarBQs some days were a nice touch.

Very convenient location by the stairs. Cabin quite adequate except for lack of bedside unit on one side of the bed.
