We were on the Regal Cruise Ship. Princess Cruise Line has treated my husband and I very well. We booked through our travel agent. His luggage was lost by airline and Princess retrieved his luggage 11 days later; but, in the meantime, they furnished him complete formalwear & shoes. They went to British Airways & personally retrieved my husband's luggage & placed it in our stateroom. They provided toiletries and did our laundry until our luggage arrived. We were able to get off the ship @ first stop and purchased enough clothes for him to get through until his luggage arrived. The excursions were great; entertainment good; dining was very good and the Regal dining was so much improved. Design on this ship was well thought out before building and was a wonderful transatlantic experience.

We have travelled on many cruise lines but Princess is by far our favorite. I rate them very high.
