Sail Date: Feb 2015

Departed UK on February 1st for 14 night cruise, flight from Gatwick was delayed an hour and half but this did not inconvenience us, an easy check in and we were told we would next see our bags outside of our cabin.

Dreamliner an excellent aircraft, at the last minute we opted to upgrade to premium economy for the outward journey, a very comfortable flight with a choice of menu and noise cancelling earphones however, after the return flight in economy I thought that this was an unnecessary expense as the seat/leg room in economy and the seats themselves were extremely comfortable, the only difference being no choice of menu and menu choice and noise cancelling ear phones.

On arrival at Barbados we were taken directly from aircraft steps to ship and immigration formalities were carried out on board at the same time as check in (20 min max), the return journey was just as effortless, left the ship at 3:15pm for 18:45 flight, baggage taken from outside cabin previous night and not seen again until luggage carousel at Gatwick. Cunard & P&O can't match that

Cabin Review

Cabin Outside double

Well positioned cabin short walk from reception and Meridian restaurant, a little tired but comfortable.Extra pillows & change of pool towels supplied on request. Cabin steward helpful and cabin kept clean at all times. Bathroom small and dingy but clean.
