Intro
I’ve read some pretty critical reviews of this ship, but I was pleasantly surprised. This was my second RCI cruise, and I’ve been happy with both I’ve taken. I’m not sure what prompted some of the harshness of the reviews – some of the items seem a little like nitpicking. Just my opinion.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
- We got an aft balcony room – I HIGHLY recommend going this route if you are going to do a balcony. - The balcony was HUGE – plenty of room for two lay-down beach chairs, plus two sit-down chairs plus small table, plus room to move them back and forward- We saw someone else’s balcony – it was TINY compared to this- Room itself was pretty nice and roomy for a ship cabin- Bathroom was okay – much better than that on the Enchantment. o Had a couple problems with sink draining but not the end of the worldo Also not a fan of having to ask for items like shampoo and such – they should at least put something out there notifying you to ask if you want it
