We have cruised with Thomsons on a number occasions and felt we had been given a good service up until. our last cruise with Thomsons in Jan 15 and I must say it was the worse ever cruise we had been on in our life

The food was poor it was cold every morning and the food in the dining room wasn't much better either a number of guest was complaining about the food to the head waiters and none of this was been reported to the head chef.
