Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

After reading all the poor reviews for this ship, we went aboard with an open mind and had a delightful holiday on board.

We embarked around 11.30am at Sydney and being Platinum members the line was very short and we were on board in less than 30 mins. We went straight to the Windjammer which at that stage was fairly empty. Our cabin (superior balcony room 8548) was the largest we've had on any ship and the cabin attendant (Aldwin) was wonderful and very helpful for the entire cruise. My husband had a birthday and Aldwin decorated it free of charge!!

The food was brilliant wherever we ate. We chose My time Dining and after reading the reviews on here I prebooked the first two nights and were seated very quickly. We enjoyed the company of one of the couples and for the remainder of the trip we sat with them at a certain time, so each night we just walked straight through to our table - easy peasy. The waiters were very friendly and got to know our needs.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Very large room and good balcony. Plenty of storage space and we liked having a shower door instead of a plastic curtain.
