Have just got off a 10 day cruise on Sapphire Princess and unfortunately felt let down by evening entertainment and attitude of some staff, it seemed like they was tired and didn't want to engage with the guest. Also in Horizon restaurant on several occasions witness staff making fun of guest behind their back, not very professional! Customer service not always very helpful. The food was average in Horizon buffet restaurant, but very good in dinning rooms. The cabin was kept extremely well and the casino was well stocked with tables and machines.

It felt like the staff around pool was on commission and the spa staff was very aggressive with their sales pitch and didn't take no for an answer on several occasions, so had to be firm with them in the end.

The destinations in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam was amazing but long days on excursions 9 to 10 hours in most due to port being along way from towns and cities.

Cabin Review

Cabin was comfortable and well positioned mid ship.
