Took the 3 day cruise to Baja, CA. I was celebrating my 60th birthday with my daughters. We upgraded to the penthouse suite and booked massages ahead of time. We spent extra money to make a great memory.

I have taken 8 cruises with Carnival Cruise lines in the past 20 years. All were pretty good except this one. I would not recommend the Spirit Dining Room late night seating to my worst enemy. The service was the worst ever. Servers were rude. Not accommodating and we waited an hour before getting greeted. When we complained they said, that they were very busy. We would just have to wait. BOTH NIGHTS. First night....we waited patiently. Second night, we changed tables thinking the servers would be better.. Not so. Waited another hour for a glass of wine and they brought the wrong wine. Then rushed through every course!! Complete disappointment.

It has always been a pleasure dining with the cruise lines. The servers have always taken special attention to details and made our experience a great one. This time not the case.
