We sailed on our fourth Carnival cruise on Feb 5th out of Port Canaveral. Embarkation was faster than we had ever experienced which was great. Our cabin was awesome on the spa deck. We had a balcony and were very close to the buffets on lido deck and one staircase directly to camp carnival which proved to be really great.

On this cruise we had the best dining we had ever experienced on our five cruise (4 with carnival) and (one with NCL). The Guy's Burger joint was a great upgrade. The burgers were some of the best I had ever had anywhere with every burger topping you could ask for. The burrito bar was also great for breakfast and lunch. The pizza was great as usual…but a bit slow. The regular buffet has the usual boring stuff and the usual bland yucky desserts. The Fish & Chip bar was a great little bonus with very fresh items. The steak restaurant was well worth it…we had a fabulous dinner of Valentine's Day. The dining room was better than ever….very fast service and a lot of really good items to choose from.

Our cruise was full of more frail seniors than I had ever seen before….the activities were definitely geared towards them. We didn't mind though….we enjoyed just laying around on the Serenity deck while our kids had a blast at camp carnival.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8D

The cabin was great. Not a covered balcony which I do prefer. We loved the very close proximity to the spa and camp carnival. Also very close to the mid-ship pool and buffets.
