We are RCCL regulars, in the upper tier group and have been on Navigator a few times before. Have to say that this cruise was just not up to RCCL standards in several ways, the first being entertainment. The first song and dance show was awful from beginning to end. I have to say that I have never seen a bad show on RCCL, so this was a disappointing surprise for us. Then, the "adult" comic was a bomb. We began to think it was us, but thankfully all shows got much better with the ventriloquist being fantastic. Casual cruisers should be warned that RCCL has changed their enforcement of dinner attire on non-formal nights to exclude shorts of any kind, even nice ones. We never had a problem with this before, and decided to cut down on our luggage requirements. No shorts of any kind are permitted, due to customer complaints. I guess RCCL is moving to cater to an older customer. Other than that, I can say the Navigator is an impressive ship, very clean and wonderfully relaxing. Embarkation procedures are much improved, but the disembarkation is still a cluster... well a horrible mess if you carry your own luggage off the ship. We thought the food in Windjammer was excellent as usual, but we found the February cruise to be really full.

We love the Promenade rooms as we can see what is happening in the promenade, and enjoy watching the people below.
