Sooooo excited to be boarding a cruise ship with 7 friends. Embarkation went without a hitch and before we knew it we were in our cabin. We had an inside cabin on deck 11. Didn't mind it one bit without a balcony. It was roomy and very comfy and dark. Yay no light peeking through in the wee hrs of the morning.

Had a good look around the ship before going to sail away party on main deck. As it was Australia Day everyone Australian was dressed up..fantastic. We really really loved the ship. Loved the food . Really the only things that we thought they could do better would be free wifi. We paid for it but hardly got on because no coverage. Also the some of the ports were disappointing. I think there should be more variety of what to do when coming to a port. Adventure and non adventure choices instead of one choice. Vietnam was a big dissapointment. There was a tour to Ho Chi Mein City but it was a 2 hr bus drive there and then 2 hrs back so we opted for the shuttle bus I to town. Big mistake. Do not do it. Dirty, disgusting, smelly full of beggars and people shoving things in your face, could not wait to get back on the bus and go back to the ship. Love Koh Samui. Look it was our first trip on a ship and we loved it. We bought a drinks package and enjoyed the range of alcohol to partake in casino was great, all the staff on the ship were fantastic and good speaking English. Loved that their badges said there name and what country they were from. Ummmmm. I wanna go back. Loved the food and loved Santa Fe Dining room . You get to know your waiter and Martri D. Can't wait for the next one.

Cabin Review

Cabin J

Loved the cabin. Would have loved a balcony but could not afford the extra. The bed was so comfy with great pillows. The wardrobe was huge with plenty of space and somewhere to put your suitcases once empty. Plenty of shelving and a safe. Bathroom is small but adequate . Loved the shower , could spend forever in there. Shampoo and conditioner and shower gel provided. TV excelent . Loved that in the morning our cabin was dark and we actually got to sleep in, which is a rarity
