Was not impressed at all, this was our 4th cruise, 2 with another and our 2nd with Royal, we liked our 1st with them so we figured we would try them again, thinking a bigger boat would be better, wrong. The boat crams to many people in with to little to do and not enough room, elevators always packed if you can get one at all, not enough seats around pool to even find a seat in the sun, with pools being closed while on a sea day, lines at most everything. (Shows) only a few even worth going to, Kenny James in my option was the best, and another was the comedy show, we made reservations almost a month in advance and only one of us getting one because of how small the show room is, every night large numbers of people would wait in line to get in with only a few making it in without reservations, you pay all this money and such a popular show and you can't even get in. Wake up Royal and have the show at the Opal theater where everyone can enjoy it. (Ports) St Martin And St Thomas are great but skip Nassa and add a couple more good islands, less days at sea in this boat. (Food) was not good at the my time dinning, windjammer was the same, the Park Cafe roast beef sandwich was the only good food, I swear they do this so you will go to there specialty dinners which are way way over priced, couldn't wait to get back and eat real food.( Rooms) we had a balcony room over looking the ocean same as before on smaller boats but this room was smaller, only animal towels 2 nights, then I suspected they were not changing our sheets just making the beds so I dabbed a little coffee on them, we came back the bed was made but the same stains still there, we complained they came back and only changed our top sheet but the mattress sheet still had the same stain so we complained again and they finally changed it. (Staff) some people were very good but overall this was probably the least friendly cruise ship crew we've had, probably because they were so under staffed, I felt bad for them, this boat they try to cram as many people on it with not enough help. (Debarkiing) I know this is not the cruise ships fault but we waited 1hr 45min. to get threw customs, they only had about 5 lanes open the women working there told us they were short handed, the largest cruise ship coming in and they are short handed, let's reduce the unemployment rate and hire more people. Vow to Wow,we were not.
