Let me start by saying that I got this cruise at a screaming deal. For that reason, everything else was icing on the cake. I chose this cruise because I could visit family on Catalina and spend the rest of the week hanging out with my friends who joined me.

This cruise left out of Long Beach which has a great airport and easy transportation to the ship. It was totally worth buying the transportation package from Carnival and not having to worry about that part of the coming and going. I thought that whole embarkation process was very easy, which was great because I got through that part by myself (I was joining my friends on the ship).

I loved my inside room, and I was so glad and appreciative that they were able to put me right next door to my friends. That made our days so easy.

I loved this little room. Even with the bed made into a King there was plenty of room for one person. As I knew I would, I spend very little time here except for first thing in the morning and late in the evening to read before sleeping. Great for the price. Super easy access to everywhere I needed to be.
