My better half and I took our first cruise on the Carnival Elation out of new Orleans. It was an overall great experience. We are from Atlanta and decided to fly into New Orleans a few days before the Sailing in order to enjoy the City for a few days first. Once we finally got to the port to book the ship, it was a quick and painless experience. Getting boarded onto the ship was quick and easy. Our luggage arrived promptly.

Nice room. Spacious, Good View out the window. It got a little stuffy at night even with the thermostat all the way down and air all the way open. would bring a batter fan next time just to get some air moving.
