My perspective is from a wheelchair-user. Check-in was very good, quick and easy. Upon entering the ship the sheer size and amount of people (it was a packed ship; 4500 capacity) is overwhelming. This eases up a bit, but it really feel much crowder than other smaller cruises.
CABINS: Balcony handicapped rooms spacious and best layout than any other handicapped cabins in other cruise lines. We were AFT and the bathroom had a constant sewage smell; disgusting at times. The carpet was starting to show some mold around border with bathroom area. TV channels selection and variety was very good. Great movies and TV shows selection. Loved the phone service, definitely a step above all other cruise lines.
ENTERTAINMENT: The Blue Man Group was torture...unless you enjoy 7-year old children type entertainment. My spouse and I were just bored to death, routines were not that funny neither innovative. Many stoned faces on the audience. Legends in Concert was PHENOMENAL. Nadeen Manuel the Hipnotist is absolutely AMAZING; THE BEST SHOW ON THE SHIP. Do NOT Miss it! The Second City Comedy was OK. The "Howl at the Moon" late shows were also phenomenal; talented, funny, creative, a real treat to watch and to participate. Staff making the reservations very courteous and helpful.
