We sailed out of Galveston, Tx on Jan 18th....my freaking birthday so what could go wrong? I forgot our birth certificates...that's what! YOU CAN NOT SAIL WITHOUT YOUR PASSPORT OR BC!!!! Period!! I am a experienced cruiser and I was so proud of myself for REMEMBERING everything. I am the go to girl on the cruise ship for anything from duct tape to anti diarrhea to hemihoroid cream to whatever the heck you need in the middle of nowhere and aren't willing to pay a weeks salary for in the gift shop.

We spent hours in the naughty room having our BC located and faxed to the cruise ship . My husband and I were a nervous mess trying to figure this mess out but Carnival has a EXCELLENT staff in place and got us onboard. THANK YOU PATTY!

This was my 4th cruise.. RC and Disney are the other 2 ships I have sailed.

Cabin Review

Cove Balcony

Cabin 7C

We had one of those cove Balconies on the second floor. AMAZING!!! This was my first balcony room and I loved it!!!!! We were so close to the water we could see fish...well kinda...and the birds that swooped down to eat them... they were little but we could see... Sleeping with the door open and the water beating off the side of the boat was AMAZING!!! I will not cruise again without a balcony. Cove Balcony is a private oasis and I highly recommend one. When the water hit the side of the boat the spray casted a rainbow...it was so pretty we sometimes left something fun to go sit on our balcony. OUR room number was 2341 ... I think. AS I sit here writing this post I am jealous of whoever is in MY room now.... Lucky!
