Embarkation was steamlined and quick. We were late getting to the boat due to an accident on the expressway. The boat is beautiful. Captain Gus decided we needed to go slow and hug the coast due to the approaching storm. We had to miss Puerto Rico. The first night we went to American Icon. I had prebooked all our reservations. The hostess said we didnt have reservations. The computer system and the restaurants reservations dont't always match. She wrote down all our reservations in her system and told us we should go by that. All but two matched what I had prebooked. She sat us right away. It was this way throught the trip. Even though sometimes the host or hostess looked perplexed they never let on if they did not have us booked. We never had to wait.

Jamies Italian was magnificent. We went there twice and wanted to go for lunch but we were done with food. We never ate so much on any cruise. Too many freshly made cookies. Two 70 was great for lunch. Awesome salads and sandwiches. Chops was very good. Enjoyed Americon Icon for breakfast and dinner. The Grande was okay. I didnt care for the choices. Silk was not very good. We know improvements will be made.

The crew was very good always cracking a joke about "The Smart Boat" . Our cabin steward Andrian was fantastic.
