Backround: we are a couple in our mid-fifties who sail on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Azamara. We're Diamond on Royal. We've been on the Voyager class ships, Radiance, Quantum, and Freedom classes. First time on the Vision class and we'll be back!

Hotel: we stayed at the Hollander House in St. Pete, which I would not recommend. We had a standard room on the first floor. Walls were paper thin. We heard every last step the people upstairs took and they were loud. The door to the hall had a gap at the bottom which let in all the hallway noises and since the floors aren't carpeted, sound carried. Loudly. Next time to St. Pete/Tampa we will stay elsewhere.

Embarkation: We arrived before noon and literally walked straight on the ship! Easiest embarkation we've ever experienced. They were very well organized and it was a pleasure to get such a good start to our cruise. We'd cruise again out of Tampa in a heartbeat.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Well updated and large wrap-around balcony. One of the best on the ship!
