My wife and I had a GS again this year on the Brilliance 5 day Cruise out of Tampa. We did it last year as well and although our cabin this time #1031 was not as nice as last years #1600 the Cruise was GREAT.

Embarkation was flawless, food was great. Did not go to any shows and only specialty restaurant we went to this time was Chops and it was fine. The ship could not get into Grand Cayman due to weather, so we went to Costa Maya and it was fine too. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only annoyance was that the shows are supposed to keep reserved seats for Suite passengers, and they did not so, we found ourselves without seats the one time we did try to go to a show.

We have already booked for next year so that says something. The convenience of leaving from Tampa and the length of the Cruise are just right for us.

good size with small balcony. I prefer the GS at the fantail #1600 but it was fine
