My DH and friends decided that they wanted to only go on a short cruise and thought the 4 night on SKY offered exactly what they wanted. Images show a boat that is well appointed. SKY stops in either a port or private island daily and sail at night. You cannot predict weather, and the day we were supposed to be on the private island, the water was too choppy and we could not tender onto the island, so it was a day at sea. The following day was in Nassau which is nothing to speak of, and Grand Bahama Island is worse then nothing (the comedian even poked fun at how awful it is). The food was poor (and we paid for the up charge restaurants for each night), the accommodations were poor (and we had a balcony room), there was rust all over the ship (inside and out), wine glasses that we used the first day on the ship were never removed from the room (red wine....you couldn't miss them), the buffet was weak with few choices, the public bathrooms were few and far between and pretty filthy. Should I go on? The ship is old and needs a complete overhaul.

Bottom line is that vacation is too important. This trip was inexpensive (about $600 pp for the 4 days) and the old expression holds true...you get what you pay for. Save your money
