Pride of Aloha - Hawaii
Easiest ever...............15 minutes from entry to cabin. NCL has their act together in this area.
Food: Okay, nothing special...................never had lunch due to traveling on islands. Breakfast was good but service REAL SLOW. Dinner was an absolute zoo. The freestyle dinning needs to be refined. Too many waits and the servers could care lee whether you have plans or not. The help is too casual and this all falls back to the tips being paid. Their tip process promotes mediocrity as good or bad servers get the same amount of money.
a new director started that week and he was excellent. Brought a lot of energy to the trip and a few idea's from his stay with RCL.
we rented a car on each island and did not use any cruise tours. I spoke with several people who took the cruise tours and they More seemed happy.
by far the prettiest place in the world
Kuaii................awesome Hilo.................awesome Kona.................awesome
Get the picture
each island had so many things to see and do it too hard to pinpoint one better than the other
the trip was a success but NCL really needs to define their tip process. The bar area service was excellent as you could throw a tip each time you ordered and it showed. The food staff gets the royal shaft as we never had the sam e waiter twice and their attitude reflected such. Overall the trip was very nice but I will not travel with NCL under they address their tip and service issues Less
Anniversary on the Booze Cruis...
