Embarkation: Flawless - We arrived at the pier a little after noon. There were no lines to check in and after the usual formalities we walked on the ship, left our carry-on bags in the stateroom, and were seated before 12:45 at an outside table overlooking the ocean at the Colonnade.

Stateroom: Our veranda "suite" #723 was very comfortable. Closet and drawer space was very good. The inside table was large enough for room service breakfasts when we had early shore excursions. The bed was excellent and the cabin seating furniture was fine. The bathroom was very good with ample storage, two sinks and an excellent shower. We didn't turn the TV on but assume it worked.

Food: We thought the MDR felt stiff and its ambiance took away from the otherwise fine quality food and service. We had an excellent meal at Restaurant 2 but the fixed menu may not always appeal. Apart from one dinner at each we favored the Colonnade. We ate outside there most nights with stunning views and equally fine food and service. Breakfast and lunch at the Colonnade were both OK. The table service menu was limited but a buffet was available for those so inclined.
