The Breeze is a big ship and has many lovely amenities. The food at the steak house, "555 Farenheit" is excellent and well worth the money. Cruisers who had dinner there during the first 2 nights of our cruise were given a free bottle of wine at dinner. The sushi restaurant is well worth the small extra cost because it is excellent and beautifully presented. Guy's Burgers are really magical altho the calories won't magically disappear after eating them. All the extras expected from a Carnival 2.0 ship are here. This is the first Carnival ship of the 12 I have been on that did not have a pool dedicated to adults only. The 2 pools were for all and they were very well used at all times.

The design of the ship is much like other Carnival ships but it has fewer bells and whistles. For instance the Blush dining room was simple and lovely with spare chandeliers as the main decorations. On the last ship, we were on, Miracle, the Bacchus dining room had grapes and ivy lights and sculptures on almost every surface. It was quite wild! Neither are good or bad altho I expect the cost of the Miracle DR exceeded the cost of the Breeze DR if compared in today's dollars.

Balcony

Cabin 8C

Typical balcony room. Great responsive steward in Gusti. We mentioned that the shower was slow to drain and it was fixed when next we returned to the room. Can't hear music from Red Frog Pub 2 floors below unless you are on the balcony.
