I had a wonderful time for my first trip out of the country. Seeing that I injured my ankle playing basketball I was confined to a wheelchair for the remainder of the cruise...and I still had a great time. Everyone was beyond friendly. Man oh man......the staff were so helpful, cheerful and a joy to be around. I would return for a cruise for the staff alone. The staff we had for our meals at the Scarlet, was the best service I have ever had. Our three servers were Conrado, Dario and Adityo. They were all so gracious, and kept a smile on myself and my families faces. Our glasses were always filled and our food came out without delay after each course. If we only had a world filled with service as excellent as Conrado, Dario and Adityo!! I really enjoyed myself. I sang at karaoke for the first time(paul was a great host)....and it was so fun! I enjoyed th comedy clubs, and the dine in movies, I loved it all. Again all the staff was amazing and I appreciate all they did and continue to do. This cruise was able to keep the worst timing injuring wheelchair bound women laughing, singing karaoke and waiting for her next cruise. Superb job!

Tony and the other staff did excellent jobs. Our room always looked as if it was our first time stepping into our cabin. I enjoyed the towel animals, so did my grandparents. We all were able to enjoy our chocolate surprise after we returned from dinner. Great Staff all around...Tony just added the cherry to the whole ice cream experience.
