When we planned our 'once-in-a-life- time' cruise to the Hawaiian Islands we had 60 hours of vacation time for five islands and a stop in Ensenada. When our cruise was over, 15 days later, we had Island time of 44 hours, including a 8 to 11 pm stop in Ensenada. Out of our five (5) chosen excursions, we only were able to enjoy one (1) excursion of our choice. Our other four (4) excursions were cancelled because we were late for every Island and we skipped one island, Maui, completely. We spent most of our time at sea travelling.

After we were at sea, the ships itinerary changed almost daily while we were at the Islands. The excuse for arriving late was due to 'less than ideal weather conditions and seven foot waves'. In a ship the size of the Miracle, seven foot waves are nothing. We were on a ship when hurricane Sandy came up the East Coast. We had 35 foot waves and that ship moved to keep us out of the storm. It didn't limp along under 20 knots which is what the Miracle did.

This ship should have been taken to port and repaired. We didn't travel to the Islands for Rest and Relaxation!!
