I have read some of the previous reviews and I am convinced that these people must go away on holiday with an agenda to complain and not enjoy themselves. From check in at manchester to collecting our cases on our return, we had a fabulous time. The ship was clean and well staffed, food was excellent with a variety of restaurants and menus to choose from. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, guests need to remember that people react to the way they are treated. If you are rude to staff, why should they be pleasant and helpful to you. The entertainment was good and covered a wide variety of tastes. The prices on board for drinks, were the same as at home in any decent pub. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend this cruise and this ship to anyone considering a visit to the Caribbean.
