This suppososed high tech Royal Carribbean "Smart Ship" was unfortunately pretty "Dumb". Computer related problems with boarding/departing, drink package, restaurant reservations, etc., led to delay, mis-charges, long lines and a publicly demoralized, exasperated crew. Add to this mostly, at best, acceptable food, in both "free" and up-charge restauants and the elimination of waiter-friendly "Main Dining" experience, only added to the misery. While the entertainment was excellent, I will be taking my hard earned vacation dollars to another cruise line. They have cut staff, service, customary amenites and most of all, respect for the intellect and tolerance of their customers.
