It wasn't the worst cruise I have been on but not in the top 10 either. I know that the group of passengers travelling at the same time is just luck if you get a great bunch of people on board.

The holiday started to go down hill from day one. I booked a grande suite and placed an order on line for a Christmas tree, goodies basket and champagne for my cabin - well they never turned up. My cabin steward was just ok....can't really blame her as it looked like she had a pack of grots in the Royal suite that kept her running from dawn to dusk.

The worst thing was the location of my cabin. Right on the hump so no privacy on the balcony at all, as I could see all cabin balconies all the way up to the bridge. It was directly opposite the games room and open to the centrum. I could sit inside my cabin on the lounge and hear every show in centrum, so no going to bed prior to midnight. No afternoon nap either as the kids discovered the games room and I heard every game of poker/snap/scrabble etc played.

Grand Suite

AVOID this cabin. Very noisy from both centrum entertainment, location of the games room and NO privacy on balcony,
