Up front: This was our 15th cruise. This was our 3rd cruise on Celebrity. This was our 2nd cruise on the Infinity.

Something's happened to this cruise line (or at least this ship) over the past 17 months, and it's NOT an improvement by any means.

OK, so they were plagued with Norovirus on the leg of the cruise before us. That meant that the cabins weren't open to us until 5 o'clock on the day of embarkation. We were NOT informed of this at check-in, so we spent the afternoon frustrated and confused as to why we weren't allowed to unpack. That also meant that the passengers that were doing a "back to back" cruise on this ship were locked out of their cabins for 8 hours while they were "purportedly" being sanitized. Now, never mind that a fellow passenger found a piece of salami in their shower when they finally did get to their room. Obviously, that must be part of the ritual for eradicating the virus.

Cabin 2C

Cabin was good location. Close to elevators. Downside was that attendants left their stuff outside the door each morning.
