My husband and I have cruised over 15 times. Other lines we have cruised with are Celebrity (our favorite), royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian and Holland America. We are both over 50.

I am truly sorry to say that both my husband and I could not wait to get off this ship. I do believe the problem with the service was directly related to the passengers. I have never sailed with a ruder and more entitled acting group of people in my life. We met a few friendly and nice passengers and they expressed the same feeling as ours. most of the passengers treated the crew terribly and after a day or the crew was over the cruise, us, everything and did not attempt to hide it. Of course, in the crews defense, this group of passengers made me fell "over-it."
