Embarkation went very smooth, used Park and Cruise for 54. for all five days, Bus was fast and efficient. Fast to get on the ship with no problems, arrived at 1:30 with no delay to get into my balcony room and head to the Lido for lunch. I went with a group of 3 other couples. First day went fine, very hard to learn the floor plan of the ship, they need to have the ship plan by the elevators lighted so u can actually see where you need to go, I used my iPhone flashlight as I do with low light restaurants for their menus. The elevators were stuffy with no air circulation so I took the stairs for the remainder of the cruise, helps keep off the weight from eating so much as well, and it was Obvious More people should use the stairs... 2nd day we arrived in Freeport at 8am, Super boring port so we went back onto the ship to discover new places on board. Disco was fun however impossible to request songs as there is not a full time DJ, mostly just taped music. DJ was scheduled only on certain nights for only a few hours, disappointing. Main Lobby was fun with live music almost every time we went. Staff and Crew was Awesome all the time, everyone always smiling and gave Excellent service even though they worked 10-14 hr days 7 days a week. Ship was Very clean usually.

Biggest complaint I had was the Dining times, I reserved online and you have to pick if you want an Early, Late or Anytime Dining HOWEVER, you have to reserve EARLY to get the Anytime, which Noone told me and by the time I reserved the Anytime was gone so they automatically put me into the Early dining which did not fit my schedule at all. I tried eating at 7pm and 8pm and was told Nope, you cannot eat now and must go to the less desirable Lido deck for the Buffet. Very disappointing and confusing.

One other thing is its Very hard to communicate with other members in your group as you do not have any kind of phone except to call each others room and leave messages, I was told Carnival is soon implementing a WiFi phone service to stay in touch, Very good idea, wish they would have already had one.

Cabin 8D

One floor below Lido so very noisy upstairs as they moved chairs back and forth while eating. Room was nice, good sized room and bathroom, shower was Much better than expected. Good A/C, had to turn it down a couple times from being too cold. Room service was Super fast. Great attendants. Nice sized balcony. Noisy from 6am till 9pm or so every day from either chairs upstairs or carts outside the door.
