Cabin: The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

We chose the Getaway and the Haven for our 25th Anniversary celebration. This was our 7th cruise on NCL and the best one yet!

Embarkation was smooth, and took less than an hour, however, the Haven check-in rooms are small, and they held us in there until the room was full and crowded, then finally took us up to the ship. We were very squished into the elevator, which was also not comfortable. Other than that, it was fine and smooth. We left our hotel at 11, and were in the Haven at 12:05.

What we found that we enjoyed the most about this big, new ship was that even though there were many people, there are so many spaces and so much to do that we never felt it. With so many restaurants and entertainment venues, it felt like the intimacy of the smaller ships.

Cabin Review

The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

Cabin H5

This cabin is 2 doors down from the Haven Bar and Restaurant, which is also where the concierge is stationed. It was a perfect location for us. Everything was so convenient. The room was spacious, the balcony was good for the two of us - we had breakfast on it and there was plenty of room. I enjoyed the 2 closets and the abundance of storage space. We were so spoiled that it will be hard to stay outside of the Haven ever again!
