4th cruise - previous 2 on Holland America and once on Pride of America.
Ship was great, in good condition. Cabin was excellent. Service was exceptional. Food was good. All staff we encountered were nothing but helpful and polite.
Embarkation was smooth. We had an extra large balcony which was awesome. The cabin was spacious, clean, usual exceptional service. Beds were comfy. Large modern TV with multiple recent movies was great. Could hear a bit of noise from cabin doors slamming which we hadnt noticed before on other ships but could be due to noisy neighbors.

Balcony
Balcony was double the size of usual balcony with balcony above overhanging half the balcony -offering privacy and shade. Deck below also had a double sized balcony but not as private.
