I have just been on a cruise with Celebrity century . After two cruises with Royal Caribean I was led to believe that this line was definitely five star. Well it was not. Firstly the ship is being sent to Asia as a casino ship . There are no adult only areas. The walking deck is small. There were 500 kids on board and I managed to swim only when we were in port as the kids were unsupervised in the pools they even took children under 18 to risqué comedy shows which did not impress the entertainer. The food was ordinary, the staff aloof and bored. Only one restaurant alternative which was fully booked half way through the cruise. I was also annoyed that people had paid half of what I had paid through booking early and they ended up with balcony through a sale. Surely they could upgrade people who had paid full price and give those cabins to sales. There was just no wow factor. Had to pay for sauna and steam rooms. Overall Royal Caribean were far better and I was so disappointed. It was windy most of the time but there were no areas to sit on deck out of the wind like on the Voyager or the Rhapsody. So although the liner was being sold there was no excuse for the surly attitude of staff. The restaurant food was ordinary, and the cafe food was dull. Not even a good cheeseboard. I also had to tell the cabin staff how to make beds as they were simply throwing back the covers.

Great cabin n and very quiet. In my opinion best part of the ship. Very stable too.
