We cruised January 1, family of 4 two kids 7 and 12. We were on the Victory in May as well. We rebooked because we were told she would be updated in November, it is now due to be updated in March 2015. The Victory needs work, she is showing her age and frankly we were a bit disappointed. Rust, old chipped wood are quite prevalent. While I am sure things were clean they were rusty and old looking so you got the sense it wasn't clean.

Our room was quite dusty we had to clean it ourselves a bit since the Steward didn't show up till the second day, they generally introduce themselves the first day, he was sluggish at best. Also, there were bunk beds set up but only towels for two put out?? odd.

The food was average, you should find something you like. The buffet lay out has always been one of the most poorly designed areas I have ever seen. Highly recommend the sandwiches, delicious!

Nice room but quite loud as it is close to elevators and doors to pool
