First off,This is our fourth cruise, our first with NCL. We were on the Allure last March and the Royal Princess last Jan. We had cabin 12900 Aft. The cabin was very noisy. You could your next door neighbour talk. The vibration was unreal. It would come and go all night. With seas at 3 metres. on Thursday night I thought we were going to capsize, the seas hitting the ship sort of sideways. My wife and I never had a good night sleep all week.Noisy Noisy Noisy!! Even with lots of alcohol Noisy! We even complained about the vibration but that fell on deaf ears. Being a boater I would say they had a bent propeller! The cans vibrated in the mini fridge and it was in a cabinet. Princess was the same size tonnage, same seas, nothing like this cruise. The Allure did not move at all. Same wave height. Even a Polish NCL employee was complaining about the Vibration. ( not sure if she will have a job as her boss was listening to her) We heard her talking about it to other cruisers and we stopped to talk to her.
You had to be careful walking so you did not to run into large round columns in the middle of the walkways. they were all over in the middle of the ship on all decks. The engineers need to go back to ship design school.
We chose the ultimate drink package as it was free but you must read the fine print, you could not use it at wine stations or in your cabin fridge. And the credit from the kids room could not be used for the tips.
